Thank you for this video. God bless you. So many people need to hear this. We would not be struggling with so many issues like low self esteem and transgenderism.
I just made breakfast with it avocado oil, potatoes, pork sausage, eggs with pepper, onion, & garlic powder,& 1 teaspoon of turmeric after it was all cooked & mixed I put in a tortilla as a burrito not bad😊
Rice Dream for me! Had it my whole life and wouldn’t trade it for anything else! Sadly it is no longer available in Canada, with alternative such as Natura which is not as good as Dream 🥲
I found adding Turmeric to chicken bouillon with a little pepper is a great way to acclimate to a spice I had never used before , beef or bone broth would also be far more appealing to me than the first suggestion I got of lemon and honey. Some egg drop soup might also be a good way to enjoy something that at least I'm not use to having but does in fact help me sleep and have all the other benefits that Turmeric provides.
Thanks so much Dr Omole for your herbal herbs cure medicine that finally get me cured of my herpes disease totally, am really Grateful Dr Omole on RU-vid....
I struggled with this video because I was cooking for 20 and had to go back and forth multiple times on video to order and prep my ingredients. I think you would get more subscribers if you showed on the screen a full list of recipe ingredients and quantities.
Omg be careful with that. I'm totally into face masks and once I made a face mask with too much turmeric and it stained TF out of me for a week. I looked like I had end stage liver failure. I was yellow.
@beardeddragon9255 I had a similar thing happened when I use the turmeric while cutting it my fingers turned yellow and stayed yellow orange for a few days at work they thought I was a little bit strange this was dangerous. You could try ArtemiC Support, one drop per day
Grains need 1 tsp salt per cup of grain. That’s why you love restaurant food. They salt it correctly. Pasta needs a tbsp in the pot to cook a pound of pasta. It.Makes.A.Difference.
as a biochemist, my skin always crawls when someone is like "butter bad!" or "sugar bad! we'll use honey instead" like, honey is sugar ffs, starch is sugar, it all gets digested the same way and butter is fine, it's better for you than most oils, granted, it ain't paleo, but it's fine either way
Adding a different perspective - my kids can’t digest the dairy so them being able to have dessert because of an alternate like this is the bees knees :)
Made mine. Cooked cauliflower the same except for 5-8 min. Drain Cream sauce: 2 tbl butter, 2 cups chicken broth, 1/4 cup whipping cream, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp nutmeg. 2 tsp xanatham gum. Whisk. Pour over cooked cauliflower. Top with parm cheese. Bake 20 min.
It was a good video but was shocked to see you use a microwave! I and most of my healthy friends have never owned one. Zapping food is a no-no. Even using for defrosting is a lame excuse. Sorry, cannot give you a like.
