I love the way you break things down so carefully. It is really helpful for a total beginner like myself as it can be overwhelming with so much to learn. I want to keep the excitement and not get frustrated !
Hi coach I like your videos. I have a problem raising up when I get ready to hit the ball, a bad habit I know which I really need to correct. I hope that u can help me with this problem.
Hi Coach, you are a very good teacher with a teaching skills. I watched a lot professional golfer video who teach golf but they're do not have a the skill to teach. You know what mean? Good golfers but don't have a teaching skills to teach. I'm glad I found your videos and download your guide. I'm looking forward to watch more. I clicked like so I can get back to your video for future reference. Thank you so much.
Hi! I'm new to golf....AND I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! I signed up for the free GAPS guide but have not received. The Pensight account shows "digital content" - but there is no material to access. How can I access?
I use the interlock grip but I have tried the overlap grip before. I'm going to give the overlap another try but I will incorporate the great advice, especially with the 'v' alignment on both hands and view of the knuckles. Thanks!
I’m new to the golf world. Thanks for making the fundamentals understandable. I appreciate your patients and coaching techniques. Keep up the great work.
Traci!! Nice work with downloading the Guide. I think if someone is teaching you interlock stick with it. If you are new and trying to figure it out you can experiment if you feel comfortable.
🥰😍thank you for making this videos....I love the game but I don't have the money to pay an instructor, so I choose you and Dany Madue as my virtual golf instructors
Just took up golf and a friend taught me the interlocked grip. After an hour at the driving range, my middle finger on right hand and the middle finger and ring finger on left hand were really sore ... maybe i am doing something wrong. I will try out the overlap grip next time
This is wonderful. I really appreciate your slower pace of speaking and articulation with the graphics. I struggle with auditory processing and when I get lessons, I can’t process all the fast, verbal information coming at me (even when I tell them lol) so your videos are extremely helpful! Thanks for creating these.
Overlap is my favourite as well. So thrilled to hear that you took your clubs out and tried all the different grips :) Don´t miss tomorrow´s video on Alignment!
Just found your videos and have gone through the GAPS videos. My second time out after watching saw me hitting the ball much better. How can I get the download to carry in my golf bag?
Hi Coach Hope Ur well. Please consider doing a Video series where U take us on a 18 hole course and explain each shot and the clubs used , strategy and thought process per shot and per hole. Thanks in advance. Cape Town , South Africa
My coach teaches the interlaced grip and I can see the advantages, however, my left index finger becomes very sore, red and purple and swollen . If I don’t grip hard the club twists, any suggestions welcome. 🤷🏼♀️
Good Morning, great videoo, i have a few questions as i have been watching your videos for years you really have improved my game thank you for that, now my Goddaughter Mariah 11 (she just started Golf last year and is in first tee program ), she watched Gaps her first video yesterday, my question is she is making good contact with driver but her shots are going right, not really a slice ball just going right she is using a kids golf 23 degree fairway driver, thinking about getting her fitted for a Driver is there any you recommend for her age, thanks so much for your time have a great day
Coach Shayain - love your videos! I'm a beginner who gets after it at least 2 or 3 times a week. I have a PGA Pro Golf Instructor, & I have a home net system to work on hitting balls. The one question I have is once I'm done with my golf lessons, what should me golf training schedule look like?
Completely depends on you and what you are trying to get out of the game. You wan to lower our score or fix a certain part of your ball flights or a certain club is giving you trouble. YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH LOTS OF SHORT GAME PRACTICE. Putting, chipping, pitching... 80 yards and in
What is a great way to vet out a good golf instructor? I’m new to the sport and looking for someone who can set me up with good foundations here in North County San Diego
@@steveperkins6308 she should be able to use the regular women’s clubs off the shelf (or second hand) if she is just starting. Not sure where you live but if if you have a golf shop in your area just popped in and have a chat with them. They will guide you the right way. It depends are your clubs reg men’s flex (shaft) are they senior flex, etc. All these little things will make a difference for your daughter.
@@CoachShayain well I hope you play golf better than how they play football! 😆 Manchester United (not much better I know!) haha - do you do online coaching at all?
Thank you coach Shayain! 20 years ago, I gave up on golf because of the grip. I thought I could never learn to play golf. Now, I decided to try again and while I am searching on you tube golfing for beginner, I discover you, the best and easiest instruction to understand. Most of all, your demonstration and the review all what you teach are certainly great tools for me to understand basic fundamentals of golf. I am excited to learn golf again. I have been practicing grip with this video, now grip is not an obstacle for me anymore. I watch all your videos over and over a dozen times to master what I learn from you for beginner!Love all your videos!❤
Depends on how you are swinging but maybe too tight, on thursday I release a new video on 3 things about the grip which should help with grip pressure Keep an eye out.
