How to Grow a Beard Using Minoxidil | Month 1

Hey guys I’m back with another update on using Rogaine/Minoxidil to grow a beard!
Sorry this video was so long, I just learned so much and had a ton to say. I cut as much out as I could so that’s why the flow is a little off. Next video should be shorter!
Bead oil ratios:
10 drops of Peppermint Oil per 1 oz of Jojoba Oil. You don't need much peppermint oil! The reasons I chose these oils are 1st: because both DON'T have DHT blockers which can kinda block one of the hormones that helps grow a beard, 2nd Jojoba Oil is a light oil and very similar to the natural oil that your skin produces, 3rd Peppermint Oil can actually increase growth of your beard, which I've noticed with the shampoo I use on my beard which has Peppermint Oil(Mentha Piperita).

I was applying spironolactone cream which is an antiandrogen (and a DHT blocker) on my scalp while watching the video xD

Joel Peterson I'm on month 4 and I grew a substantial amount. started with nothing but a chin strap and mustache lol

Minoxidil isn't an off-brand or generic brand--it's the active drug in Rogaine. Rogaine is just the branded version of it. They're the exact same thing.

even if you don't gain anymore facial hair you have a decent amount and the mustache looks really nice and full...your routine sounds very complicated but if you want it you have to put that effort in it.

Yeah at least I do have enough to do something with! But luckily I'm already seeing results! Yeah the routine is a lot kinda but it's a little easier now and yeah if I want it I have to be consistent which is fine and totally worth it!

Thanks for sharing your progress, I'm on the same journey as well, been at it for the last week, but have use minox off and on for the last three years, but never long stretches.
