Interesting. I love that you both are giving people the knowledge and tools to work on themselves and heal situations in their life. So many people want to work on themselves and their life but just don’t know where to begin. This is a great starting point. They will be surprised of how solutions will arise when you take the time to reflect on situations. There are many forms of introspection and it’s just finding what resonates with you. Good job!
Very good exposure, Izzy. I identify with your way of doing introspection. If something worries me or impacts me in my mind, I write it in great detail and when analyzing it I decide the importance I should give it. I work with the situation, channel it for the benefit of my mental and emotional health and decision-making, always focused on the right and healthy for me and my environment.
