You did a good job. . . I just want to add some constructive criticism. Hanging on the the rafter end would be better than on the lathe boards where your roofing is attached. Those are weaker than the rafter and could cause you a roof leak over time. In a situation like this don't worry about aesthetics vs. cause and effect.
