that ain't no tea, you made horsetail water or horsetail flavored water. it has no color to it which means it's not potent tea. such a shame you have fresh high quality herb and didn't show anyone how to make the tea correctly, that's not how you make tea and you didn't get any of the medicinal nutrients out of the plant so this video is wasted
heatfanforever3 well she did say let it steep for 3 mins, but the video is short so she just showed how but served it right away. honestly I would be done it different.
