this kind of dual mentality I gained after my therapy, I remain soft and kind but gained a sense of boundaries, self-awareness, and self-respect. it's really fun to watch how narcisstic types of people are convinced I'm easy target, but then they get slap in the face by me saying "no" to them.

I used to have a open heart but now it's not.its only for me. I have seen that many people need that connection for their own purposes. Which is denied lol. Idk ab that anymore.
