I'm 31 and am stronger than when I was 18. Why? I climb 30 minutes a day. Exercising is really beneficial. I spend 6 times a week in a climbing gym.

Yuri, a strange thing happened to me recently. i had a very energetic work day.. i started with 7 am breakfast -eggs over easy with bacon at my work. at noon i ate a can of sardines, then i fasted until 9 pm that evening. i was in an energetic fast moving state all day and didn't feel hungry (and i work 12 hour shifts) when i got home from duty, i was even more motivated to go out and do my 20-minute run and i even kept running after the point to where i normally finish. later that evening i had my steak and broccoli meal. slept great for 7 hours and woke up charged for work. i really felt good all day when i did that. no sugar. no bread. no crash. normally, i eat crap and feel like crap all day long. not that day :) thanks for the video.

Cut out caffeine & am feeling mucho bueno! A strong mug of Inka grain beverage with dashes of cayenne, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove & black pepper totally suffices & satisfies in place of coffee. & yasss- up the greens intake & let us all lettuce smoothie! Sweet or savory greens & veg smoothies are awesome for upping energy levels without anxiety/adrenal negative effects of caffeine.

You just need to find a healthy substitute. You're gonna have some withdrawal quitting coffee but it doesn't last long.

I like Yuri and points number 1 and 2, yes. 3 there is more nuance. Blood ph is between 7.35 and 7.45 so its ONLY JUST alkaline. Its practically neutral. The way we breathe impacts blood ph. Stress and mouth breathing can lead to what is called over breathing. Sighing, yawming as well. We dump out of the body too much CO2. Getting oxygen INTO CELLS, not into blood, relies on the right blood pH. The bodies ability to be OK with CO2 in the blood goes down when we dump too much CO2. The PRIMARY stimulous to breathe is to remove CO2, not to take in O2. So the less our body can cope with CO2, the harder we breathe to remove it which compounds the problem. CO2 is acidic, so by over breathing we make the blood TOO ALKALINE and the body has to get rid of bicarbonate which is alkaline in our urine to bring the balance back down. This is why many people have to pee at night! Snoring is also a huge contributor to CO2 intolerance because its basically hyperventilting. So in order to benefit from eating better, you also need to learn to breathe slower and lower using diaphragm, taking in less oxygen. Go to Oxygen Advantage if you want to learn more because there is even more nuance to breathing than what I have said here. And no, you can't balance over breathing by eating crap!

Replace coffee with organic mate tea from Argentina also make sure go go to sleep every night no later than 10;00 pm..if you have sleep apnea you need to go see a sleep doctor . sleep apnea is very serious disease ...sleep apnea causes low levels of hormones , diabetes , high blood pressure , obesity ,head aches , stress .

This guy from the royal institution thinks changing alkalinity through food is ridiculous. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GQJ0Z0DRumg.html Can you name a study that has done it through diet? I trust the empirical over the theoretical.
