Thanks, Curtis! Especially love, no eating in the extremes!!! And every time you say it, I'm reminded it's so true, when you tell your history of what you did and how badly it affected you long-term... with the carnivore, keto and intermittent fasting.

Very timely😊 I just started taking K2 with vitamin D How many grams of protein would you recommend? Interestingly, I started high protein (about 150 grams), keeping carbs at about 150 also.... interesting to note even at that level of carbs, I started noticing same negative symptoms when on Keto! I do believe GI issues is huge for me....that even leads to the thyroid issues.

Hey Lisa - I recommend .6 to .8 g of protein per pound of ideal body weight. I’m not a fan of supplementing with vitamin D for a number of reasons. Yes, gastrointestinal issues are huge and have a big interplay with thyroid function.
