Hi Amy, I used to feel guilty about taking time for myself until a peculiar scenario jolted me to realisation... sitting on an airplane listening to a lifesaving instruction about putting my mask on first before helping others in case of a drop in cabin pressure. I have since applied the same logic in my life. You have probably heard this before but we can't pour from an empty cup. Taking time to care for ourself, in any way we feel like or want to, might be the best thing we can do for the people who rely on us. By the way, the pancake looks so cute 😊

Hi, I saw your videos, your video quality is good but not properly SEO. Your SEO score is very poor. That's why your channel is not growing organically. Total 1.73k+ subscribers and a Total of 106 Uploaded videos of your channel. According to your channel, I noticed that your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. Here are the issues I found: Title, description, video tags, channel tags, and video SEO are not performed on your videos. This is why your RU-vid channel is not growing. It is possible that if you fully customize your channel, the video will go viral.
