If you have gastritis or ulcer drink cabbage +celery juice 3 times a day 10 mins before any food for a month to 3 months and you’ll be cured. Nothing helped me except this. I hope I can help at least 1 person It’s also good for bile reflux!!!

I have had it for years. Went to many doctors none has helped. It is either stress over years or breads or the oatmeal I eat everyday for over 25 years. I always have eaten a lot of breads. I eat only organic foods and breads. I have burning and bloating that is worse at the end of day. I lost weight because I can’t eat a lot now 94 pounds not good.,.,,have tried all the natural supplements forever nothing seems to work and all tests have been good so I guess it must be stress and bread ????? I feel like I am hungry all the time ugh!!!!
Sir, I have stomach burning sensation very often even with bland diet. Whenever stomach burns, i can feel body also starts to show the inflammation like internal fever and more urination occurs like i have inflammation. Now started showing mild fever upto 99.5 sometimes. Did endoscopy 8 months back. Mild gastritis and biopsy also negative. Blood reports and urine culture reports everything normal. I was having motion sensation very often earlier with watery loose motion. Doctors said i have ibs and gastritis. Taking cizaspa-x and Norflora-Z tablets. But still feeling stomach burning sensation. Pan and famotidine alao not working for my burning. Kindly please let me know whether i should take anymore test to find out what exactly the problem. Desperately need your help.
You have to give up all animal proteins and dairy and all grains for at least 1 month , take pantoprazol 20mg morning and ask your doctor for sucralfate this will forms a coating over inflammation and ulcers, you will feel the calming effect immediately this is very powerful medication. You also have to take Mastic gum twice a day to heal the inflammation in stomach. And finally look into your diet because it’s what caused the problem in the first place, you say bland diet but maybe you eat chicken breast which is very acidic or banana is acidic or applesauce is very acidic or even rice which will raise acidity later when digested / drink a green Smoothie without the fiber in the morning on empty stomach after taking pantoprazole then you wait 1,5 hour , then eat your first meal like boiled or steamed veggies + 2 egg white without egg yolk because egg yolk is very acidic + 1 tablespoon olive oil and that is , you have to control yourself and never overeat. You can only heal gastritis with diet , you have to be very very strict for 1-2 months and you will heal through medication and diet and mastic gum. Look into pral food list to know which food is acidic or alkaline after digested , i hope you heal fast.
Change ur diet..bland means what..i am 57 mother of too mild gastritis ,pain burning sensation is for me too..identify which bland diet triggers ur stomach its almost 5 years for me to find a bland diet for my stomach..even i am not able to eat watermelon bananas apples nothing..one of the best thing is bone broth...soothing ur stomach jeera water.everything must be smooth i sacrifice everything. No non veg no snacks no drinks like coffee tea nothing but i find few things to helps me to overcome this not all days somedays..
1, sleep on your left side 2, blend young broccoli raw 3. Make sure you eat three hours before you sleep. 4, after eating take a walk to help in digestion. I have been doing this and I feel better.
Though your advise is commendable but a patient like me who is suffering from Acid Reflex for the last one month need help dietitian to serve recommended diet to the patient. As the patient suffers from mental disorder due to burning in intestines
