Great lesson, I think you are the only RU-vid golf coach talking about this. I have to unlearn years of bad weight shift instruction from the 90s.

Never heard Pressure shift in my life and I've watched hundreds of videos with no one stating this. Brilliant stuff!!!

Another informative and well presented video, Jonathan. I know you are demonstrating the pressure shift with the irons. I have been working on this move for a while. I have had better results with the irons/hybrids than with the driver & fairway woods. I have been told that recently I have been moving more with a weight shift with the driver hence the problems I'm having with the driver (pushed/blocks and extremely poor distance). Appreciate difficult without you seeing my swing with the driver. But could this weight shift be one of my problems. Struggling with the driver! Apologies for the long comment. Be careful mate, nearly knocked out my right eye picking up a ball on the ground and striking and alignment stick in the ground with my eye. Put something on the end like a pool noodle to ensure your safety. I'd like to continue to enjoy your lessons. Best regards.
