We're moving right along on the old roadster, this week we knocked out some copper/nickel brake lines and plumbed the 1939-48 Ford Master cylinder to complete the brake system!
We used the early 1939-1941 Backing plates up front on a dropped 1934 axle with 1941 drums, then in the back we have a 1935 Ford rear axle with 1936-7 Lincoln Zephyr wishbones, we shorted the torque tube and then added 1939-1941 rear backing plates and wheel cylinders to get ready for the lines.
If you're interested to know... the line came from Ebay for $10.40 at the time of this video for a 25' roll and all the end fittings. We also used the brake line flaring tool we bought from Vevor for around $95 plus shipping. That tool makes it super easy to knock them lines out quick!!
