Thank you Jess and Dr Al. I have often struggled with the notion / definition of resilience. Your notion of a set point or temperament with resilience being the thing that moves a few points in either direction makes more sense to me. Organisational resilience training often seems to assume that you can somehow transform into a resilient person from being a non resilient one. Most of the personality research would probably disagree with that. But thank you for another clear and thoughtful presentation.
