I hope this video helps you with ideas on improving your kettlebell snatch .
There are many ways to handle the Kettlebell during a snatch.
You have to find what works for you, especially in KB sport endurance.
The variables can be things you can change such as technique, strength , mental focus, mobility and grip endurance .
They can also be things you can't change such as hand size, arm length, torso length, to prior injuries.
Here are several WAYS to control the #kettlebellsnatch so you can benefit with a new understanding of how it can revolve around your wrist and leading into the hand insertion .

Great commentary on the benefits of a looser, more transversely powered thrust rather than hardstyle. Mark Wildman talks about the benefits of not punching through but instead letting the KB fall to the side. You know your stuff.

Great breakdown of the variations. I find that I like the weight going around rather than over, especially when I'm working up through various weights.

I’ve been doing a lot of snatches lately and was aware of pinning my arm pit to my body on the upswing and releasing it with a hip thrust or pop at the end of the movement. It makes a huge difference in the ease of movement and the handling of heavy weight. I still have work to do on the upper body mechanics and position after seeing your vid. watching my form - i def go over the top (with my hand insertion) as opposed to the rotation on the outside. probably my years of hardstyle prior. but i also feel my insertion begins soon enough that the bell flipping over my hand doesnt add much additional stress. i could also be wrong.

I did the punch through method and my arms were beat up for almost a week, punch through flip method sucks
