You can reduce or get rid of the fibroid by eliminating sugar, fried foods, none organic chickens, beef, eggs, gluten, caffeine, soda drinks, sweets.... Mix 1tablespoon blackstrip molasses with apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 200-300 mls Drink on an empty stomach in the morning and night an hour before you go to bed. For me my sleep is hard to regulate. My fiancé works nights & because of this I don’t get to see him very often. Sometimes I find myself staying up a little later just to see him. Plus I’ve always been a night owl, but always having day jobs which means 6-7hrs a night, even lately it’s been like that. That is the biggest thing I need to work on! Hi Dr Marc. I am in the UK (I replied to your previous reply to my comment). I eat healthily; am of normal weight now after years of hard work (lost nearly 7 stone. Sadly some of that has now gone back on but still within healthy range), and go to the gym or gym classes 4/5 times a week. I have told you about my rare medical condition.... and the fact I am in my early 40's and have low ovarian reserve and had a silent miscarriage recently....and yet I see all these obese women who certainly don't follow the 'healthy' diet and lifestyle you are suggesting in your video and yet they have children and are pushing a pram....

(I’ve been on a strict regimen of nutrition and supplements for a year so they’re working). I haven’t been addressing my adrenals and hormones as much as the other areas so I’m hoping I can fix this low number

I heard vegetable oil, and canola oil, peanut oil are rancid oils that go bad sitting in the light and by heat. They have alot of omega 6 which is bad. Causes alot of inflammation....🤔🤔 But olive oil, coconut oil are omega 3 good for you. Lard is natural so its healthier then rancid oils is this true?

Try to manage your blood sugar/ dibetic natural way! Based on my research, coriander seeds water is very effective in regulating blood glucose levels. Soak 1 tablespoon of organic coriander seeds in a glass of water overnight and drink it on an empty stomach.
