This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RU-vid channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 354 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@robertschrum5496 Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my RU-vid channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a RU-vidr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this RU-vid thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! Implementing the lessons I learned throughout the years of lots of trials and errors changed my life trajectory and learning that there’s a yin and yang in everything or proton and electron in an atom because opposites attract, which means a night won’t exist without a day because they’re codependent and that’s just the nature of life. I wouldn’t have appreciated the power of kindness if someone was not cruel to me. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of growth if I didn’t see myself stagnating. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of health if I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of real love if I haven’t witnessed my parents’ relationship slowly fall apart. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of mindful money consumption if I wasn’t broke. I wouldn’t have appreciated the growth of my RU-vid channel if I didn’t start at 0.

Coffee can increase anxiety it's a stimulant also. Why rely on toxic burnt seeds from plants when you can just get better effects from exercise. Because you're addicted to coffee making you feel good and get things done. Relying on it as a crutch instead of figuring out why you're tired to begin with because it's not from a caffeine deficiency, more commonly stress infection or nutrient deficiency

Calling coffee "toxic" really minimizes the complexity and variety of the ways coffee affects neurochemistry. You seem biased just because many people use it daily.

Are you aware that some people are medically unable to preform most exercise? Perhaps everyone should be have available all information on modalities that increase BDNF. You dislike coffee? Please feel free to abstain.

Not worth relying on coffee for BDNF. Caffeine can also cause cortisol to increase which can lower BDNF. Coffee also contains oxalate.. because it is a bean it must defend itself. Coffee often contains mold toxin like mycotoxin and other toxins like acrylamide. Coffee can worsen pain and fibromyalgia by activating mui opioid receptors

EPA and DHA are not “animal forms” of Omega 3s. They are also available from vegan-suitable algae derived supplements.

I ve been there too 7 years ago ! Stay away from calcium supplements and lower high collagen meats avoid soda and sweets, drink 1.5 to 2 litres water a day and eat vitamin E rich foods vitamin A foods vitamin K, get some sun, walk , breath , do some earthing, eat whole grains, ask Allah to help you he s waiting for you, repent.

First of all, I'm 15 years old so take my advice with a pinch of salt. I might be wrong (warning you multiple times so you don't sue me) so correct me if i am: I think if caffeine or any other stimulant is consumed too much, it can negatively impact neurogenesis. Keep in mind I'm saying this and yet i still love coffee LMAO On the other hand, green tea contains a compound called EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate). It has been shown to promote neurogenesis both by protecting neurons as an anti-oxidant (oxidative stress can kill neurons), and by stimulating the growth of new neurons. Of course, I'm talking about the 'real' green tea which you seep through a baggie or maybe boil/brew in the form of leaves, not those sugary store bought kind

@@yoruka_ green tea also has side effects on health as I know that you shouldn't consume it too much otherwise digestive issues and much more will happen to your health.consume both of these in limited amount for 2-3 years you will get results for brain health along with muda and pufa and enough of saturated fats. Omega 3 and some of essential vitamins are also helpful especially b6 b9 b12, vitamin d Antioxidants too.and as you said no cofee won't affect neurogenesis in negative way
