Installing the Omigo Element bidet was super easy. Please ensure that attachments are assembled straight onto the mating parts to prevent thread damage or otherwise you will have to replace the toilet fill valve. In addition, use plumber's tape to minimize leaking!

A little dope but no tape needed the rubber gasket makes the seal and the pipe dope is just a little lobe for the joint to make it go on easier

How is the water temp while using it and are you happy you have it?

Well it's quite cold during the winter but it feels refreshing lol. I love the bidet and it's the only toilet I use in the house (4 total) for #2 because it's much cleaner and I save on TP.

I get mixed opinions. According to this article: If the leak is around the threads themselves (you can tell vs gasket based on where water comes out), teflon tape (sometimes called plumber's tape) exists for this.... diy.stackexchange.com/questions/40848/how-do-i-fix-a-leaking-connector-between-my-garden-hose-and-faucet#:~:text=If%20the%20leak%20is%20around,plumber's%20tape)%20exists%20for%20this.&text=Generally%20I%20use%20teflon%20tape,by%20default%2C%20leak%20or%20not.

LEAKS, Leaks and more LEAKS!!!! Forget about the "World Class Customer Service " - NOT. Expensive mistake. No integrity of product or company. This whole experience SUCKS. HEY Omigo, it leaks. Replace it.

Sorry to hear that. I've had mine for over a year and I've never experienced leaking. Did you use the plumber's tape and ensured the connections are tight and screwed on properly?
