Spent lots of time trying to find a good video for installing an integrated washing machine. The instructions with the washing machines are very vague and unclear. I had exactly the same old machine but branded as lamona for a Howdens kitchen. I've just ordered the same new machine as you to replace it so thankfully no messing about with doors. Dishwasher was the same, lamona brand but replaced with a beko and door was perfect. Oven was lamona and was replaced with.. you guessed it! Last appliance to give up will be the fridge freezer. It's a lamona so you know what I'll be replacing it with! Dreading that one though I have to say.

When connecting extension waste pipes I use a little silicon sealer on the fitting plastic fitting, I have found small leaks before as the jubilee clip does not conform 100% to the fitting. The waste pipe should be the right side of a U bend or have a check valve so that drains smells cannot drift back. Thanks for a good presentation on the the remove and install. I have had to move hinges on the door before and the holes overlapped the old ones, I used car body filler as it it goes of hard pretty quick filled the old holes then recut the overlapping new holes. A little white paint on the filler and the jobs a good one, you can rub the filler down. That bad smell is the drains drifting up into the house, that is what the S bend stops. You could fit on on the end of the pipe and have vertical up-stand to put the waste pipe in.

I need to order a new integrated machine to be fitted by the supplier as I can't do it myself - how do I know if the hinges will fit the existing holes if I haven't seen it? It's causing me a real headache, I've been without a washing machine for 4 months because I don't know whether to fill current holes just in case, buy a new door or pray it takes the same fittings. I just can't find an answer!
