"They don't provide lock washers ... at least they provide Loctite." FYI, it's been long realized most lock washers don't do squat -- thread locking compound is definitely the better choice. Yeah it's a good idea to silicone those holes. They all tend to leak at one point or another from the factory on the Rav4s defective roof rail washers anyway

How can you able to re use factory nut(5/16) when the bolt that came from Prinsu is (1/4)?

Have you heard of any changes with the 2022 RAV4 that would present when installing this?

Would this install process also work for the 2021 RAV4 XLE?

Did PRINSU change things? I’ve seen other install videos that call for every hole to use a plusnut. Yours only calls for the rear two.
