Hello! Thank you for this video. I believe this is the same shower door in my house. Unfortunately, it seems whoever installed it cut the rod just a tiny bit too short, and it is sagging, causing the door not to close properly at the bottom. Is there any way to repair this short of buying a whole new rod and reinstalling? Thank you so much !

For the Enigma-XO in oil-rubbed bronze, polished stainless, and brushed stainless steel hardware finishes, we have model sizes available that will fit 50-54". If you are looking at another finish, then please do not cut the 56-60" model size down to fit a 52-1/2" threshold. How do you adjust sliding door leaning to the left or right?

Hello Dillon Le. Thanks for reaching out to DreamLine! The DreamLine Enigma-XO sliding shower door has an elliptical adjustment in the rollers to adjust the door for level. This door does not have any out-of-plumb adjustment so please make sure your walls are plumb. If you have more installation questions, please contact our Installation Support Team.

Can this be installed directly onto a tile floor? Would the glass or tile get damaged over time? If it does get damaged by direct contact is there a way to keep that from happening?

Hello! The Enigma-XO can be installed directly to the floor tile if you are not using a base and have zero threshold. When installed properly, the glass and tile will not be damaged over time due to the secure hold of the hardware and caulk. Hi, recently bought the 3 panel shower sliding door and the door doesn’t seem to close well. It backs off by few inches every time I close it. Help required. Can someone please assist?

Hello Nikitha. Thanks for contacting DreamLine! If the door is rolling open, the guide rail is not level. There are several adjustments you can make to correct this. You can raise the middle of the guide rail by loosening and adjusting the inside glass bracket. You can also adjust either or both guide rail brackets to lower the rail on the strike side of the door (where it closes against the wall).
