Do I measure the part so I know which one I need? I'm not sure but I think I have Levolor vertical blinds with this type of tilt mechanism. Any tips? Thanks

Hi there! We don't have a video for that. It's not always possible to make that change and recommend folks reach out to a professional repair person to see if they can retrofit the headrail.

I have outside mount Levolors on my slider and the wand won't turn whatsoever. Cant figure out how to get the weird plastic end cap off. It has 2 depressed circles under a oval cap. There is an x cutout one side (a release?) and the rotator rod in the other. Poking it with a flathead won't release it, and there is zero help online. Help!
