That's a very good topic to discuss. Personally i think it's better to have a long and informative tutorial rather than a short one. It's more professional in my opinion. Don't be discouraged if it doesn't get many views. Some people do get afraid of long tutorials but I see that you guys fast forward some parts too which is good. The most important thing to be concerned about is the video itself. You guys do a miraculous job at keeping your videos simple and easy to follow :]

Unfortunately, we do not.

You have to loosen the screws to adjust, and then re-tighten. You can also reverse the L-brackets connecting the hinge to the main license bracket if you want to reverse the angle of the license plate.

There is no running light circuit in the back of the bike on the signal harness.

The fender eliminator does work for the 18+, we just haven't collected our own video assets of that installation yet. I can't commit to a timeline but I can tell you that we made a prototype last week that was very pleasing. We have one more round of redesign to do, one more prototype, and then we will be making the molding tools that will manufacture the taillight enclosures. We are likely about three months away from a product that is offered for sale, but please don't hold me to that time frame since many things can still affect the actual availability.

Some guys don't use a license plate light, and some have a preference of using a different one than ours, so we don't bundle our items by default. We believe in leaving the choice to our customers. Are these mounts universal or suitable just for these blinkers that you guys are selling?

They have the ability to accept up to 3/8" (9.5mm) diameter signal mount. They are fairly universal. We have had customer use the mounting kits with other brand signals, like Rizoma, Lightech, etc.

We offer that product as an add-in option. Some customers/regions do not require or wish to run a plate light so we do not believe in charging everyone for an unnecessary or unwanted part.

A set of metric allen keys (hex keys), a set of metric sockets and open ended wrenches, screw drivers. That should be enough. You can just cruise through the video and see what we used.

Yes but you will need an additional bracket that is not included in this kit. We haven't advertised the Fender Eliminator with that bracket as yet because not a lot of people have asked for it. So for you, we will just make a custom kit so you can use your stock rear signals. Give us a call or send an email to support@tstindustries.com and we will take care of you.

+TSTindustries Wish I would have seen this comment about being able to use the stock turn signals before I ordered the Graves Fender Eliminator. This data point was the main driver why I chose Graves over your product, but it's not listed on the main product page. Graves requires the user to modify and reuse components from the stock rear fender since they do not provide a close out plate.

+David Lee ...bummer dude. A while ago we designed a bracket that you can mount stock signals onto without any modifications. We haven't marketed this particular fender eliminator with that bracket because people haven't asked for it until now, and also because the stock signals look pretty ugly. Most of our customers wish to ditch the entire OEM setup so we designed components that accomplish that.

i think you guys should include those small brackets with your fender eliminator kit. if you wont have an option to sell them separate

Each one of our ads has a tab called "In the Box" that describes all the included components. There should be no ambiguity about what you are receiving if you've read the ad. Anytime you want something that we have in another kit that you would like to purchase without the rest of the components give our support guys a shout. We often split kits or make custom kits for our customers with needs of special nature. If you go to our site and navigate to the support tab, and send our guys a message, someone will be glad to help you.

If we include them in the kit automatically then everyone buying the kit will have to be charged more whether or not they need those components. What's worse in my opinion is that those who do not need them will throw them away unused. At that point we are responsible for more junk in the landfills. I do see the point you are driving and I will take it to our ad management department. If we get this type of request often then we will split off the mounting kit as a separate SKU and launch that ad as a standalone product. This usually takes some time so if you need to get these soon just go through our support center as I described in my previous reply.

+TSTindustries the pictures of the fender eliminator on your site is what confused me because the adjustable set looks like it comes with them already. I've emailed your support team and haven't heard anything back. and as far as pricing with the brackets added I'm sure it wouldn't jump the price up to the point that runs you out of business for 2 small metal brackets. you guys have one of the cheapest fender eliminator kits out there so you should have some wiggle room of a couple bucks. at least have it in the add on section where you can add the stealth light kit and signal kit have one for aftermarket led mounting brackets. I'm not mad it just sucks that I have to go to Lowe's and find one that will work and the color won't match the fender eliminator and just throws it off.

+Travis Garner and as far as filling up the landfills isn't it worse if someone buys your rear signal kit just for the mounting brackets and tosses everything else in the garbage.

+Zade Jweinat Come to TST University and get your doctorate. We do open motor surgery often, and some plastic surgery too. Butt lifts are also very common in our OR, kind of like in this video.

Our license plate light is an optional part that can be purchased separately.

TSTindustries in the video it does not show you breaking any components, maybe it wasn’t you I’m not sure. But at 42:40 on that panel there should be 3 tabs on each side that hook into the 3 holes on the fairing.

I see what you're taking about. Yea, that was a bike a guy dropped off for us to work with. The bike was used and that tab was gone already.

The exposed wires you see are insulated so there won't be any corrosion issues. Besides that I think your points are valid concerns and will be take into account during the finalizing of our new signal designs. We are getting ready to release premium signals so what you said will likely influence how those are executed. The simple signals we sell are priced low because of their simplicity. Most people like the savings on these and we move a ton of them. These will stay the way they are.

TSTindustries I hope you're not talking about the thin color coating being the insulation. Because any sun/heat exposure will make that brittle in no time and crack causing a short. Which could ultimately create a hazardous riding situation if the rider does not know his blinker is shorted out.

I am talking about that. It is not a coating but rather insulation. Not all materials are susceptible to exposure like you are thinking. The wires used for our signals are made specifically for that purpose and the the insulation material does not degrade with moisture and UV over a very long service life. We have had those wires in service on some bikes for many years and the insulation does not become brittle
