The TST Industries flush mount turn signals for all Yamaha sportbikes 1998 and up fit within the fairing well left behind by OEM signals and clean up the sleek look of your sports machine. The large plastic shoulder nut that attaches the flushmounts to the bike can be trimmed for custom fit applications. The wires of the signals terminate in bullet connectors. We offer optional 3-3 harness converters that accept the bullet connectors on one end and are fitted with an OEM plug on the other end for a plug-and-play connection. Please follow the link above for more info.

They fit physically. Our website has not been updated with the 22+ bike yet because we haven't had the chance to work with one of these bikes. I know that Yamaha has been moving to a new electrical system where they do not use an external flasher relay, and use different connectors on the signal lamps. I believe this bike has the newer type connectors that will require CVY03 harness converters if you want a plug and play installation. You can check the connectors your front signal shave and compare to the product in this page tstindustries.com/tst-front-turn-signal-plug-harness-converters-3-3-select-yamaha-motorcycles.html . Then you will be able to verify that the signals and harness will get you squared away. We also have Mech-GTR signals that look a lot cooler on that bike. You can see those here: tstindustries.com/tst-mech-gtr-front-led-turn-signals-yamaha-mt-03-2020-mt-07-2021-mt-09-2021.html

Do you need to install a LED flasher relay when you install front and rear flush mount turn signals ? I've got a Yamaha FZ-07 2014. Thanks for the answer.
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 7 лет назад
An LED Flasher Relay is not required but it is recommended if you want to slow your turn signal rate down to the OEM speed. Switching to LED signals in the front and rear will cause your signaling system to go into "hyperflash mode" which is where your turn signals begin to flash very fast. If you would like more info on our Flasher Relays, please watch the video below: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5tlQfg_Ap8I.html

my left turn signal wprks whe. my headlight is half disasembled but when i put everything back together and tighten it, it goes out on me. Do you think something is coming loose when i put everything back together but my right works so i know is no nlown fuse.
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 7 лет назад
It probably has to do with the harness converter to signal connection. Please check those connections and make sure they aren't loose. Another culprit could be that the pins in the plugs aren't seated all the way. Check to make sure that the pins in the OEM harness are all pressed in, then on the harness converter.

Hello, I would like to ask if these LED Flushmount signals fit the 2019 MT-07 model and if it's the same process as the MECH-GTR signals. Thanks in advance!

Yes these do fit the 2019. The process is pretty similar to the process you see in this video, but in a different location. You can see the Mech-GTR video on the 2018+ model to see the disassembly procedure for the OEM setup.

Not installing our LED Flasher Relay may cause your signals to flash quickly, stay on all the time, or not flash at all. None of these symptoms will be bad for your bike.

If you own this bike, and can take a gander under the pods where the signals mount, you will notice that there is nothing there from the factory blocking off that access window. There is no need to block that window out. The factory did not plug it because it is unnecessary.

@rahalkuz1

can you install without the harness converter? if not, where do i purchase one?
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 8 лет назад
You can if you want to go through the pain of cutting up your OEM wiring and hardwiring in, or crimping on bullet connectors. Our harness converters make the job simple and you won't have to modify your motorcycle. Using our harness converters turns this install from an hour long ordeal into a ten minute quick job. The harness converters can be purchased on our website TSTindustries.com by themselves, or at a discount when purchased alongside the signals.
@rahalkuz1
@rahalkuz1 8 лет назад
+TSTindustries ok I will purchase the one from your site. My aftermarket has black and yellow wires, the one on your website picture says its for yamaha 2004-2006 and has yellow, red and black wires. will it still work with my signals and which wires would be connected to which colour.
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 8 лет назад
+Rahal K Please watch the video and see how to choose the correct pair. The color is arbitrary. The video contains information on how to make our harness converters work with any aftermarket signals.

TSTindustries it’s not like Tstindustries said hmm maybe our own wires should be the same wire color as the flush mount signals hmm nah fuck it let them fuck up and blow a fuse ... nice job 👍🏽
@CarsSuck
@CarsSuck 7 лет назад
To make the running lights work and to stop the fast blinking an LED relay should be used. The reduced resistance tells the bike a bulb is out, or about to be out.
@CarsSuck
@CarsSuck 7 лет назад
my bad covered that in the end, but resistors will blow fuses
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 7 лет назад
actually the resistors don't blow fuses. They also aren't meant to reduce resistance. They provide a secondary path on each signal circuit to draw more current than led lamps by themselves, totalling approximately what the incandescent OEM lamps draw
@CarsSuck
@CarsSuck 7 лет назад
Resistors can often get hot and short causing a fuse to blow. The point of the relay as you stated is to create a secondary path to draw more current, that creates an artificial resistance; that was my point behind the resistance issue or should I say power usage issue.
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 7 лет назад
The device you are typing from is packed with resistors yet they don't get hot beyond what they are rated for and don't "short out" causing problems. When an engineer chooses resistors for a purpose, the desired current draw coupled with proper power dissipation for the job is sellected. Such is the case with load balancing resistors for signaling systems. In my many years working on bikes and designing parts for them there hasn't been one instance I have witnessed or heard of where the resistor developed a short circuit through it. It is more likely that an overheated ceramic case resistor would break the path rather than shorting. I haven't seen a properly rated resistor do that either. Your assumptions about our LED Flasher Relay are also incorrect. It is not a passive circuit that just plays with resistance. The circuit senses the first hi signal and then meters the flash rate actuation to a flash rate set by the adjuster contained within, preset to 85 cycles per minute, but user adjustable.

I think our video and photos on our website accurately depict the way the signals fit this bike when installed without any modification. We don't misrepresent this detail.
