How to install Home Decorators brand 2-1/2 inch faux wood blinds. These are a Home Depot brand but most faux wood blinds are very similar for installation. A bit of a lengthy video but I give you some key points and some solid tips & tricks to help you out through the process and also to save you from a few swear words..
I installed two blinds right next to each other as the windows are separate and this looked the nicest without having to have one really oversized blind.
Size of blind 45X48

I just bought 11 windows worth and wondered what to do next, watching your video made me a pro, and if you were as ocd as me, lol, I would be bugged about the one on the right needing to be lowered as it’s up one full slat, no need to redo the video, it’s great 😂

Greetings from the UK. Nice one Del boy, good install. I'm installing mine within a recess,but your vid helped me gather my wits and bring it all together in my mind, wish me luck eh! :-/ So, a (relatively) new diy channel on the ol' Tube? I like it. Although there's a lot of similar channels out there. Lot of competition! If you see it in those terms? Are you thinking of growing your channel and perhaps making a few quid/dollars toward that end? Or more of a "lock down hobby"? I know passing on knowledge to others can be rewarding in itself, and I salute you sir. All the best to you and yours, from me and mine.

I guess you recorded the vlog by yourself, so we were blocked from seeing you screw in the brackets. I have a similar double window configuration. It would have been a cleaner look if you used to blinds on a single head rail, with a single valance to sit on top of both blinds. I don't think a middle brackets were required for windows that width.
