Before applying mixed glue you need to sand a plastic.

Don't apply the unmixed 2-part epoxy to the fender. Squeeze onto a scrap of plastic or waxed paper and mix well FIRST. Then apply the mixed epoxy. When the epoxy is cured, you are done. It takes only 5 - 15 minutes.

Thanks for video . I used the same method but pre-mixed glue in the plastic tub supplied with the packaging . I also removed the fender to make it easier .

Thanks so much.. ordered one up for my bike,, like you mentioned , there is a lot of throw back to motor and rad... this helps and looks nice too... good vid to confirm how I will have to put it on.. ride safe all .. david

I used contact cement and sealed joint with silicone.. looks great and protects the rad.. recommend

why not crop the fender off ? its only 4 or 6 bolts you'll make life so much easier for yourself you'll then be able to clean the under side more fully and clamp it up with ease

It's all wrong. First of all, you have to sandpaper both surfaces. Fender, and extender. Most important, mix tke clue together Before you applied to the surfaces.., Klovn ;
