No need to open entire calliper. Just open breakpads screw and pads will come out from front or back.

Yes, but you can't clean the grime and brake dust though.

Pushing the cylinder back is the toughest job and you didn't show that. Is there any jugad for that
@eb_reviews
@eb_reviews 3 года назад
Push the whole caliper towards the wheel before removing old brake pads. It will be difficult after removing.

Can we clean calipers with petrol?
@eb_reviews
@eb_reviews 2 года назад
No, petrol will dry up the rubber rings around the piston and can cause brake fluid leak. Best to use brake cleaner spray.

My front calliper pads are making so much of noise ..mechanics said there is no caliper spring ,,, so after keeping caliper spring will it make noise
@eb_reviews
@eb_reviews Год назад
Caliper spring will keep the brake pads in place. The noise is because it is moving around. You can try installing the spring back.

Hii Bro I have used Duke 200. I applied brake but suddenly not stopped 100meter move and the stop the bike what is problem bro plz tell me bro
@eb_reviews
@eb_reviews 2 года назад
Change brake fluid and check piston free movement. Maybe bubbles are there in the brake hose. Take it to mechanic and replace fluid.

great video bro how are the brakepads regarding stopping power compared to stock ones on 250 or 200 as they are not sintered like ones on the 390 ? planning to use on my 250 since stock are okay but not great and are these semi sintered ?
@eb_reviews
@eb_reviews 3 года назад
These are not sintered but better than stock bajaj brake pads used on Duke 200/250. Stopping power is good.. bite is also good for sudden braking.

390 mein power zyada hai aur ABS bhi. Aap original KTM use kijiye. 200 mein Bajaj wala chalega.

My rear brake pads are still there, but the braking is literally zero!! What could be the reason , hard brake pads or do I need to bleed ?
@eb_reviews
@eb_reviews 4 года назад
First check brake fluid is at proper level in resovoir. Next remove both brake pads and rub sideways on 220 grit sandpaper. Put it back. If braking is still bad, you can try brake bleeding as a last resort. You'll need 8mm ring spanner, Clear rubber hose and a empty half litre bottle. And a friend to hold down brake when you open/ close the valve. You can watch other videos on doing this as I haven't made one yet. But recommend you go to mech.

New 390 must be using cintered brake pads. Normal ones supplied by Bajaj are 375rs.
