How to install subs in a m35/m45 y50 easy guide

Here's how I installed subs in my 2006 m35x, I didint see anything online. So after doing some search I wound the factory amps wire for read speakers and the amps remote wire. You will need a rca line out converter, and an amp install kit.

You should not run vocals through the sub . If your sub is beating up your factory miss and highs you may need another amp for them also, or tune your sub amp to the speaker specs and drop your gain a bit it’ll even out . I’d get another amp for the doors and dash speakers.

It’s terrible for your subwoofers to play anything but lows/midrange it reduces the life of the subwoofer and it doesn’t even play highs very well

Plug & Play harness adapters are now available for the M35, M37, and many more Infiniti and Nissan cars.

It messes with the A/C though? Have to splice in to the harness and keep it plugged into factor radio

@@Spinnymachine No, the harness adapters don't interfere with anything like that at all. No cutting or splicing wires either. Everything is plug & play.

bksbullynyc2 i ran it threw the cabin air filter and under my glove, will be wireing i a bit better and release a video of that

Abdulmanan Chaudhary I have a question...i did everything u did in this video but everytime i put the sub in the trunk it gives out static is that the reason u put your subs in the back seats ?

y50 raymond no i had just put it in the back seat because i needed to tear apart the trunk, i had put it all back in the trunk and it worked great, in about 1~2 weeks ill be making a more detailed video of how to wire and set up subs in the y50, but to answer your question it shouldn't be giving you static, make sure no wires are loose or exposed and making contact with other wire, also cheack your ground isn't loose

What do the rca cables plug into after the amp on the subs? I ran the sub cables for positive and negative like you said and then put it To the subs.

Use a line out converter. It turns speaker wires to rca jacks

If there's anyone still questioning this, tap into sub speaker wire without a line out converter. There's not enough bass to tap into the other speakers because they’ve already been filtered through the Bose system and don’t put a fuse on your ground 😂
