Random question. I noticed when you flip down the take down lever, the mag blocking lever doesn’t retract back in. Why does it extend out with the TDL flipped up, but not retract with the TDL flipped down? Thanks!
The Magazine Safety Plate is no spring loaded so it will not return to it's out of the way position unless it's pressed forward by your hand or the magazine being inserted.
@@apextactical thanks for the reply. I’ve been researching the last day cause my mag blocking lever rattles when the takedown lever is flipped down. It’s pretty annoying. The crazy thing is my mag blocking lever seems as if it’s spring loaded cause it snaps right back in when I flip down the TDL unlike your video. Maybe cause it’s the California version?
