And by the time you start speaking try to be as slow as possible it will show ease and don't look at audience look at their heads keep moving your eyes to different heads

ok the tips are great but for the introverts who are insainlly nervous to make eye contact, cant have a powerfull voice cause there to nervous thinking about what there going to say. 😅😅
