Lovely Video! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Schallingora Increase Capability Scheme (just google it)? It is an awesome one off guide for learning how to dunk like a total badass minus the hard work. Hey coach do you know any treatment for an eversion ankle sprain? I sprained my ankle a month ago and it still hurts when I try to jump or run agressively I cant even train my legs because it also puts pressure on my ankle.

I’m in 8th grade was put on high school basketball team, there are hoops outside during our break like 9ft and before the season (2 months ago) I couldn’t touch rim, I played on that rim today and dunked, I wanna be able to dunk by 9th grade I’m pretty tall for my age about 5’8. Hello I’m 14 and only started playing basketball a few months I’m 6,4 I can grab the rim but can’t get the ball in the hoop have you any tips with this ? I played other sports before so I’m not unathletic I just wouldn’t have to same muscle strength as people who have been playing basketball there whole lives I just need help with getting it in the hoop and knowing when to jump plus I wouldn’t mind a few tips on excecises to increase muscle strength please don’t judge me about not being able to dunk consistently I feel embarrassed that I can’t get it constantly

alright look i might be a year late but calf raises and wall sits help out with your vertical very well by working out your calves and thighs. planking can help with your core and also help your vertical

Try dribbling with a paper bag, also make sure you guard the ball when driving either hug it, hold it high, just make sure you secure the ball when driving.
