After months of training, stretching and overcoming the fear I finally jumped on the bar today, three times in a row. Then I did it again and ... fall on my head violently. Thanks god it was a low bar and apart from a bump on my head I'm ok. I'm reaching the point where calisthenics can be dangerous, exiting but scary. Can you talk about how to stay safe in freestyle? Loving your content btw.
Hey, hope you are good and nothing really bad has happend to you! yes maybe I will cover that in a video, I talk about it in the first street workout tutorial I posted, "How to start street workout freestyle" not alot but a bit
No, not really. Ofcourse you can hurt yourself, in all exercises you do. But if you fall forward you land softly, thats why I say that you need to start on a low bar first before moving on to a higher bar!
