Hello sir ... I'm new to bolt, I started driving days ago here in abj.. for some reason my Monday weekly payment was declined because there was a problem with my payment info so they... I took a look at the information I provided the only thing missing was my account type (savings/ current) and transit number....... my question is what should I fill in the transit number because I'm using access bank.. I really appreciate the information you are sharing its helping. Thank you

Personally I didn't fill anything in transit number.... So it's blank for me..... Just make the correction on account type I think that should fix the problem. And on different note (since you're a new driver) plz be very careful with the union guys .... Remember not to pick passengers in same place as taxi except for few exceptions n don't b afraid to insist even when passengers want you to drop or pick Dem up in certain location wch you're uncertain about it's safety....good luck sir

@@edekiemmanuel8214 I think driving smart will come from experiences.... After a while you'll be able to determine where you want to be at specific time.... I have my own timings while some other person might think it's different for them.... So it's all personal experience really..... Since you're new in Abuja don't be too timid to admit that you're not well aquatinted with the roads.... So your customer (if they are nice ) would simply guide you Incase the map is complicated. See some of my videos on traffic congestion and best days to work.... Might find some useful tips der

On the Uber app you can go to the opportunity option, you'll see available prebooked rides.... On the bolt app the option will be available on the home page if it's open to you
