I started to use a CRM to manage my remote team. As you’ve said, it’s important to build a strategy and allow self-management, that’s why I use Flowlu. The first rule is to hire people who are intelligent, focus, self directed, and computer savvy. Without those skills, I might as well be managing my puppy 🐶 remotely
