Even hundreds of years later stoic wisdom is so valuable. Would be amazing to be able to talk to one of the great stoic philosophers they were really ahead of their time, or maybe their wisdom is even timeless.

Couple of days ago I read in a book that talks about courage briefly. It goes like, "confidence is archived through hardwork and prepration. It is a result of working on yourself. It is the benefit of proving to yourself". I like this quote a lot. Because we are all held back by our emotions of fear and anxiety, but if we prepare on ourselves we will be more confident and handles things well that comes our way.
