Hello Dr I usually wake up around 4.30am and will do my workouts for an hr and then I've my first bite coffee with 2 nutrichoice biscuits by 7am and my last bite is in the evening again ends in coffee and mostly will skip my dinner evening.The thing is am doing this fasting for more than 1 year and lost nearly 18 kgs but am stuck in it and just maintaining the same weight.Just give me some suggestions pls!
I am Revathi. V . My age is 71. Morning 7 am I drink green tea without sugar. Lunch 1 pm . I am doing exercise morning 8 to 8.30. Dinner some times 6pm sometimes 8pm depending upon the hunger. I am a 16 yrs old girl who got diagnosed with pcod due to obesity. At the same time I found his channel and worked my way through with some deiting. But I did have more cheat days than I ever know but I was conscious about my calorie deficit and the timings I eat as sir has mentioned in his videos. Now I transformed myself for 79kgs to 66kgs in 5 months. Now its been quite a while but I haven't ruled out obesity and have been stagnant in this weight. The first time I did not workout and was losing weight. Now after being stagnant where It even harder to lose weight I started following him again but this time I workout in addition to diet and voila I'm seeing results. Thank you so much doc!❤❤

i'm on an intermittent fasting, I eat one meal in 48hrs which includes a half portion of the plate is vegetables, a handfull portion of soaked nuts and dryfruits, a good amount of protein and a bowl of cooked dal and vegetable with small quantity brown rice, i also do cycling for an hour to burn some extra calories, My weight was 82kgs 2 weeks back when i started, now is 79kgs, All these i'm not doing just to reduce my weight but to adopt this lifestyle, and your videos helping me a lot to stay motivated🫡

You just inspired me to get back on the wagon, get back in shape. I was 62kg and right now am 72kg. I used to do everythingyou've said in this video. Tdee, calorir deficit, myfitnesspal, workouts but just like that i stopped everything and have put on 10kgs from 2020. My goal is to reach 60 but i will be very happy to reach 65 too! He is right. I coincidentally did this and lost 26 kg by eating moderately and at the right time. I have dinner between 5-6pm. You can eat nearly everything but in moderation and lose weight.
During covid I started having only 2 meals a day. I eat at 11am and 7pm. I lost 7 kgs during the lockdown just by skipping 1 meal. I still follow this routine. I didn't know it was called intermittent fasting.
Same here, however my parents are pretty controlling the moment everything went back to normal the food portions became huge, I had to eat or they'd scold me, I gained wayy too much weight because of it

@@KeerthiUniverse I'm not sure about the book you are referring to . But what matters is the macros you are consuming. If you eat regular Indian food which is of course unhealthy and not so nutritious and you are going to suffer because of lack of nutrition you will feel lot of giddiness and constipation. First consult a doc before starting an IF. DOC may suggest a diet plan based on your health condition. In general you have to make your body fat dependent for fuel source instead of glucose dependent. Diets like keto, Paleo and Atkins will help you to achieve your goal. After that you have to start IF in shorter cycles and have the eating pattern like 18X6 (18 hrs of fasting and 6 hrs of eating) Make sure if you are having sufficient macros and micros . Please do a complete blood check up for thyroid, Liver, Kidney and renal function tests, Lipid profile as a minimum check up before getting into any diet plan.

Absolutely the best weight loss video EVER. The punch lines ... 😂😂😂 each funnier then the last. I am currently 57 years. Went from 123 kg to 73 kg between 2009 to 2012... Then during location shift job shift and both lock downs back at 115 kgs. My normal earlier eating period from 8.30 am to 8 30 pm.. cheat times endless 😭. Your video was too good and promoted me together with my knees , back pain, sciatica to get back. Starting today. Last meal 6.30 pm. Thank God despite the abuse my body has not given up on me. 🙏 Consistency. PLEASE make a video on how you managed to stay consistent... I'm Balaji 6.00 am water 6.30am coffee 8am breakfast 3 dosas 4 Idlis with chutney or Sambar or podi. Next 11am 1coffee 12.45 lunch box Any one Rice with veg. 3.45 cup of coffee 8pm dinner any of the tiffin items 3 or 4 if chapati 4 if dosa 3 or if upma 3 kattories with side dish. Working as a teacher. Regular walking to bus stand up and down 2 kms.

Hello doctor, my waist measure is 85.5, on Aug 8, 2021. I’m going to follow 12-14 hrs fasting window from today and post my update after 4 weeks. Thank you for this hilarious and motivational video. I walk about 4 miles daily along with this which is my usual routine. Thank you.
Hi, Apologies for no update. I follow 14-10 fasting cycle from Aug. I finish my dinner by 6 pm and break my fast around 8 am. I break my fast with coffee as I find difficult to function without it in recent years and will have my actual breakfast around 10 or 11 am , mostly it would be brunch. I walk regularly for about 45 mins to 90 mins depending on my schedule of the day. I do yoga for 30mins to 45mins regularly. I had defaulted this routine for different reasons for about 10% of total days in the last 4 months. I lost about 7lbs from 141lbs to 134 lbs. The initial 3 weeks were tough, I felt quite tired too and later on it was seemless. My craving for eating unhealthy foods have come down automatically. I feel more energetic. I used to gain weight even if I eat negligible amount of sweets or chocolates but wit this fasting cycle I can eat anything but not much significant weight gain. My waist has lost about 4.5 inches and it is 81 now. I recommend this to my friends and they also follow this routine and they felt significant health improvement especially at sugar levels. 1. Have control over how much you eat, say no before feeling fuller. 2. Eat at proper timings, no food after 7 pm. 3. Sleep is essential, get enough sleep. Right amount of required hormones will be secreted. 4. Keep yourself active during the day.

Hello Doctor. Appreciate your content and support. I take my first bite at 12PM and the last one at 8:30PM, typically sticking to 2 meals a day. I thought this would help me but instead my weight has been increasing. Please let me know what I need to change.
I practice intermittent fasting, along with a calorie deficit, and limit my carb intake to a minimum (around 50g). This approach helped me reduce my weight from 100kg to 84kg in three months. (It is essential to emphasize that this is not medical advice, I am just a regular guy). I also strive to ensure that my two meals do not exceed the required calories for the day, aiming to keep my total daily calorie intake below 1500. Hope this helps
