HOW TO LOSE THE LAST 10 POUNDS: This week we talk triggering hormone sensitive lipase and it’s role in how to lose stubborn fat. We’ll look at the function of adrenergic receptors, lipid oxidation and the difference between alpha and beta receptors.
Many of us have had to work to lose a few pounds here or there in our lives. Even when we can effectively lose weight through diet and exercise, it can be tough to take off those last few pounds. Tune into this video where I look at the science of stubborn fat, and how hormones play a role in stimulating the storage and release of persistent fat.

I like to call belly fat "final boss fat" because it's the hardest fat to get rid of and it's usually the last to go...

Ive lost 3 sizes in 9 months but the stubborn belly and hip area is going sooooo slow. I have 20 to go from back areas to belly area. I’m exercising. No carbs. Calories are a measurement of heat that’s all there is no such thing as calories. Food levels can be up to 20% off by law. So if you think you’re eating 100 cal you’re actually eating 120. That’s one reason calories don’t work. Another thing is I can eat 100 cal of meat or 100 cal of carrots and one’s going to raise my insulin and one is it or very little that’s why calories don’t matter. It’s the insulin raising glucose raising foods that are the issue. They say eat fiber, but even fiber foods cause insulin to respond. Some more than others. For me it’s just a slow process at my age but it is coming off.

Once a video is posted, there's nothing I can do. However, I've stopped using music in my videos long ago. Chalk it up to inexperience.

Great basics. Don't forget to mention in your next video that in ketosis you breathe out a lot of fat in the form of acetone. Also, your content is top shelf, however, I found your face close up on the tag to be like Anton LaVey or something, a little off-putting. Seriously don't want that to detract from the quality of your.
