I love your advice and your videos. I follow everything you and Jessica talk about because you're both absolute inspirations to me. Please don't ever stop making the videos.. It's so motivating. I'm 4 weeks into living lean and I've never felt or looked better in my life. Keep it up Brad & Jessica. Love from your number ONE supporter! Xx
I actually lost 7 lbs in 10 days by going on a soup diet (with lots of exercise of course). I have to say I was extremely impressed with myself. I make a heluva good pot of soup.
Hey, honestly I made soup out of whatever vegetables I had in my fridge. I used unsalted beef or vegetable broth as a base. I always added some egg for extra protein as well.
This is Thanksgiving week here in the US & I'm wondering if any of you, Brad, and anyone else posting comments here can share some your strategies on eating & drinking sanely when everyone else around is pigging out & over-imbibing.
Have done the (Military Diet) and have lost weight, however because I have been off work sick for just over a year, I have noticed my skin on my arms is much looser than it should be, I have Fibro, also O.A Degenerative chondropathy etc, however I must get my arms sorted, I have never been overweight, however in one year I did put on 3 kilos, which I maybe have one more to go. Have been told not to eat Nightshade. Any help or info on that would be helpfulI love veggies, Brocoli, Cauliflower, carrots, spinach, asparagus, Green beans, also love fish but not crustaceans, I also have for 8 months or so only drunk around 3 litres of wáter day.I now only have one coffee a day (used to drink 8/10) a day, with no effects of sleeping or not sleeping. Please any info on how to tone arms as a woman (who I have been told I have damaged knees because of wear and tear and age?)Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please, I want me back.Thank you.
