It's really not that easy but one can do it with determination, motivation , consistency and most especially the knowledge from what to take in in the form of food. Hi Brad! I'd need some advice on nutrition from you, as I feel you are doing / preaching the same.. I have finally decided to count my macros and track my food. At the same time though, I am doing intermittent fasting and paleo. What I have found is, that I am simply unable to meet my macros. I am way way below my protein, carbs and calories. Obviously, I am trying to cut as fast as possible right now.. I am not sure exactly how to sort this out. How did you deal with this situation ?

So Iv been aging trouble loosing weight, I workout, Eat clean, drink enough water and yet my weight loss was extremely slow! go to the doc to find out my iron levels are extremely low! thus it was inhibiting my weight loss.. i can't believe it but I'm taking iron supplements now :D feeling better see some results !!
