I am 65 years old and I have started 12 hours intermittent fasting since last 9 months. (9.pm to 9.am). I am on DIP diet since last 4 years. I do exercise/workout for 1hour 20 minutes since last 4 years. I am completely healthy. I have not taken any medicines since last 25 years. I have not tested any of my body profiles till today (sugar, BP, or any other blood test) I have stopped eating packed and processed food.
I have been following 16:8 intermittent fasting till today and it very well with me. And i decided to continue it for lifetime and accepted intermittent fasting as a lifestyle Now i switched to 15:9 fasting as i reach my target weight I dont feel craved for outside food anymore I am lovong my active lifestyle
I am doing fasting.... I feel even more energetic now but with we start fasting we feel little bit lazy, overwhelm, because our body tend to release anything not required, or say detox our inner system.
I do intermittent fasting where it goes to 12 hrs and I feel really light and great towards the end. It works well with me. Occasionally I do exercise too.

With kids u really just need to stop packaging foods sweet snacks. Make them there favourite foods at home and some exercise walk first get confidence and then jog dance and other training ❤

@ms shivangi ji, i saw one video of you few weeks back, in that you said that "your hemoglobin level gone down upto 8 then you increased upto 14, please advise how you did it, because my sister has this problem, right now her hemoglobin level is 8, she is 52yr please advise, thanks,
