Been with you since you started and I have to say, you've come very far, in a very short period of time. You are absolutely right. The ONLY thing that a thought needs to survive, is ones attention. Theres a reason that someone once said "The most powerful thing in existence, is an idea". Our ideas, our consciousness, create our reality. There is no voodoo, or magic, or anything crazy complicated about it. What we think, the things we give our attention to, flourish. Why would our thoughts be any different?! And to those who truly feel and speak the words "my kids mean more to me than myself. Maybe once you have kids you'll understand", I say to you... Do you not think, or believe, that your thoughts, about yourself, your conscious belief of your abilities, your love for yourself, affects and shapes your children? That would be a shame. Very true at timing 4:00, some people don't know how to control their own mind, which amazes me. Usually these are people who watch regular TV a lot. They just let ideas pop into their minds and then think those thoughts must be true just because they thought them. They need to learn to reject certain thoughts so they can control their own mind. :)

It's funny because I had all these same views myself just a year or so ago and I seem to have lost this knowledge being caught up in the stress of this world. I'm so happy I've found your channel. You're a really smart girl, you know ;) I watch this video every time I feel depressed, self-hate, etc., and it helps a lot. It reminds me what should I do and what should I not in order to feel better. It's weird, but a man can forget these things during the daily routine.

Sometimes even telling yourself the things you would like to believe don't work. It's true when a person spent a lot of time thinking he/she is ugly/weak/uninteresting exc.. The body rejects the positive thoughts. What worked for me is understanding the origin of the thoughts I have about myself and how I came to think the way I am thinking. For example, when I was very young, I was picked on by kids older than me. They beat me up and the emotional pain from the experience was so strong that I decided I was weak and avoided confrontation altogether. I came to realize that these thoughts are the body's defense mechanism. This is a very broad topic but very important as well. Thank you Erin for the video.

This has not just inspired me to continue striving towards becoming a better person and positive influence, but to write lyrics again for all the music I've been too afraid to add words to for years, left alone as instrumentals, using these types of motivational and inspirational messages, rather than using emotional pain as the only source to draw lyrics from. this video is superfical why? telling yourself: im beautifull or things like that are superfical, beauty is somthing that dosnt need to be count, beauty goes when we are getting older, people who are ugly are just the same as models, we the humans are giving such a high conotetion to the appeicriance. we are soul, we need to look at each other throw the eyes not the apperiance. if you feel ugly start loving yourself from the inside not the outside,you can say that you love your body ,face and etc but when you will be old you wont look the same, so please love yourself from within.

Thank you for this video it's very inspiring. I'm from Philippines. I'm being bullied and labeled by the people here. I became mentally ill and became poor because of my problems that the psychopaths and sheeple people who do so little to me everyday for 7 years until now. I've been a victim of black magick too and I got suicide. I jumped to my house for 15 feet and I have a broken bones right now and thankfully I'm still alive. They are still humiliating, degrading and disrespecting me of who I am in this world and they keep on putting some noises and words that are so sharp that can distracted you everyday. It's sad that we are not free in this world. I want to change it but I'm just a poor person. I want to enlighten the people and help the homeless and the poor if I could be successful someday.

Erin, I think the most important thing is learn how to give out love, and to let it come in. I understand the concept that you need to love yourself, before you love others; but you see, love has two directions. It's an energy that moves around and cannot be contained, because is not ours to keep.

I felt AWESOME about myself when I was riding my horse, I am in the process of buying him and sometimes I hear the words like "why do you want a horse?" "Its just a horse" "why would you want THAT horse when you could get a better horse?" "THAT horse is lame" "you could get a better horse for a lot less money" I feel like I don't belong here when people say rude things like that to me, but when I ride my horse that I love and he is the horse I want and need I feel like I am worth it! And I reply with "well, I am sorry you have to say that to me. But I mean, why would you want THAT dog, rabbit, cat when you could get a better one for a lot less?" So, I am very glad I watched this video! Thanks erin janus!

Körper und Seele Sie stand vor mir, dieses Wesen, das genau so wie ich aussah. „Wer bist du?“ fragte ich sie, aber anstatt mir zu antworten blieb sie stumm, mit einem ernsten Gesichtsausdruck kam sie näher. Ich dachte sie würde zu mir kommen, aber sie ging einfach an mir vorbei. „Hey! Warte!“, ich lief ihr hinterher, aber sie schien keine Notiz von mir zu nehmen. Ich versuchte sie mit meiner Hand zu erreichen, aber dieses Wesen schien nicht fest zu sein, denn meine Hand ging durch sie durch. „Ich verstehe das nicht.“, dachte ich und starrte dabei auf meine Hand, dann sah ich wieder in ihre Richtung. „Wo bin ich eigentlich?“, erst jetzt wurde mir bewusst, dass ich nicht mehr wusste, wo ich war, wieso ich hier war und vor allem fragte ich mich, wer dieses Mädchen war, das mir sowie mein Spiegelbild ähnelte. Ich verfolgte sie um zu sehen, wohin mich das führen würde. Sie ging zu mir nach Hause und egal was ich zu ihr sagte und wie oft ich zu ihr sprach, sie schien keine Notiz von mir zu nehmen und berühren konnte ich sie auch nicht. Als sie zu Hause ankam, schien keiner zu bemerken, dass plötzlich eine Doppelgängerin von mir da war. Im Gegenteil, sie schien meinen Platz eingenommen zu haben und ich musste begreifen, dass ich diejenige war, die nicht existierte. Ich war diejenige, die nicht berührt werden konnte. „Wer bist du?“, „Was machst du hier!?“, „Das ist mein Leben! Nicht deines!“, sagte ich zu dem Wesen. In dem Moment wurde ich von ihr gehört, sie schaute mir direkt ins Gesicht und sagte: „Ja, das ist es, es ist deins und du führst es nicht anders als sonst und wenn es nicht mein Leben ist, ist es dann noch deines? Ich spüre, ich sehe, ich höre, ich schmecke, du fühlst, du denkst, du glaubst, aber wenn ich dir sagen soll wer ich bin, kannst du mir zuerst sagen wer du bist und wenn du das weißt, dann weißt du auch wer ich bin“. „Ich bin die Seele.“, „Und ich bin dein Körper.“, „Es ist unmöglich.“, aber es ist wahr.“ Plötzlich war ich wieder ich selbst. Das alles schien mir wie ein Traum, ich sah sie nicht mehr, aber jetzt waren wir uns näher als zuvor. „Wo fängt das ich meiner Seele an und wo das Ich meines Körpers? Wer ist mein wahres Ich? Und kann ein Ich ohne Körper überhaupt existieren? Wer ist der wahre Heer über mein Leben, mein Körper oder meine Seele? „Wir sein ein Team, ohne Mich kannst du kein Leben führen und ohne Dich bin ich eine tote Hülle.“, das hat sie gesagt, aber ist es tatsächlich so oder ist mein Körper, die Seele? Wenn ja, dann kenne ich mich selbst nicht, ich weiß nicht was ich tue und ich weiß nicht einmal was gut für mich ist, mein Körper ist mir nur von außen bekannt nicht von innen. Seele und Körper kennen sich nicht, sie leben zusammen, sie unterwerfen sich jeweils, die Seele dem Körper und der Körper der Seele, ohne zu wissen, was gut ist und ohne zu verstehen, was der andere tut. Wir verändern uns gegenseitig, was ich dem Körper gebe, gibt der Körper der Seele. Und die Seele gibt wieder dem Körper, darum vermischt sich mein Ich zu einem Ich, dem nicht bewusst ist, dass mein Körper, meine Seele beherrscht und nur meine Seele meinen Körper beherrschen sollte, wenn meine Seele gut sein will um Gutes vom Körper zu bekommen so muss ich mich beherrschen und meinen Körper erziehen.
