With the powerful 'Mail Merge' feature in Microsoft 365, you can send an email/email template to multiple people in one go.
The Mail Merge feature is not available directly inside Outlook, but you can Mail Merge from Microsoft word, and it will send the emails using Outlook.
The use case of Mail Merge is when you want to send one email template by just changing a few values (name, etc.) to many people.
Currently, Microsoft 365 doesn't support sending Mail Merge with attachments. But there is some workaround; I will create another video for this.
