But to answer your question, the best way to find customers is to have what they are looking for. In other words, first of all, look for owners on social media, on Google, on real estate websites, ask your colleagues and friends from all social media if they want to sell or know someone who wants to sell their property, as soon as they give you your contact arrange a coffee or call the owner, introduce yourself and offer your services. Especially if it is on the expired list but if it is in the MLS, you will have to share the commission with whoever has exclusive rights to sell this owner's property. Well, in the beginning it's better to get 50% of something than 100% of nothing. After you get the property from the owner, do offline and online marketing because the buyer client is out there looking for you, you just need to show up for them. This profession is basically made up of networking and customer service. We live by that!
