Recipe
6 cups teff
2 cups of sourdough (yeast)
1tsp funugreek powder
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup oats
2-6 cups of warm water
Knead for 15-20 mins
Mix after 3 days
Drain old water, mix well
2 cups of boiled water after you pour the water mix with 1/2 cup of quinoa & oats. Then cook for 3-5 mins let cool then absit which helps soften the injera then mix cover, let rest 2-3 hours.
