2023 was one of my best years, but 2019, 2020 and 2021 were some of my lowest! Sam is right - it really just depends on the person - you will have some lows and some highs. This year, I got married to the love of my life (most amazing human that I have ever met), bought a house, renovated it, got a raise at my job (which is one of the best jobs that I have ever had with the most amazing coworkers), traveled to Thailand, Cambodia, and the Caribbean, almost reached my weight goal (only a few more pounds left) and established consistent healthy food/workout habits, and saved more money than I ever have before. It can be done - don't let one (or three!) low years get you down - things always go back up if you believe that they can.

2024 = 8 which is the number of abundance. I like that you said that 2023 was a planting year I agree. 2024 I feel so much more energized and ready for breaking down barriers and achieve. Nice video
Always so inspirational! One of my biggest goals this year is to be more positive and not involve myself in so much drama (reading celebrity gossip, small town gossip etc 😅) hopefully my mindset is better this year ❤

I loved all the points you mentioned I had to comment and say thank you! I agree with the indoor playground. My kids sometimes want to leave after a hour and the tickets aren’t so cheap so it makes it not worth it. They do love though when we take them on hike with their scooters or when I bring them along to the gym. They like to follow my workouts along and it’s so funny to watch but also that they are familiarized with fitness. And yes I felt the same for 2023 but you just motivated me to have a better year!! 🎉
HNY Sam! Great video, looking forward to the other parts. lol "My soul leaves my body" when you go to an indoor playground! I get that as I use to teach kindergarten. I quit teaching after 10 years and never looked back! This is something that I've been working on since quitting my teaching job almost 2 years ago... letting go of what doesn't make me feel good. Anything that is causing you to often feel a certain way needs to be left behind. New year, out with the old and in with the new!

Hey, so idk if someone commented this yet but if that is coconut oil you are using for your body wash, it will clog your plumbing… I’m a dental hygienist and had a patient do oil pulling and she would spit it down the shower drain… it ruined all their plumbing because the coconut oil solidifies 😐
This is an amazing video and has inspired me to do the same in 2023 I had simple goals . Marry my husband and keep trying for a baby after 3 miscarriages. I married him and we are finally expecting a baby girl together . This years goals I feel like I have things for each of your listed categories so I will use yours as a template to create mines. My biggest goal for this year however is to finally have my husband live in the UK with me as he is from Turkey. This is a biggy and I hope we can achieve this one .
