This chair was fairly easy to put together, the instructions were clear and I was about to follow along with no issues at all. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. ru-vid.comUgkx5hPALGI87E991DRmXev8PUFJGrrRcONS I did stuff the back of the chair with a pillow so it wouldn’t be so hollow after taking all the pieces out but that’s just a personal preference. I also added a pillow for lumbar support because although this is a great chair and is comfortable, it’s not necessarily the best if you’re sitting 10+ hrs a day wfh but in all honesty for the price, I didn’t mind at all. It looks great in my space and easily adjusts the height when needed.

I was noticing lots of strain on my back and neck as I sat at my desk, and all the videos I looked at kept telling me to adjust my chair or invest in a better setup, which just wasn't an option! So, this video was a lifesaver.

I feel that reviewers should not withhold information from users of its website by disabling comments for users who refuse to enable cookies. I also feel like chairs should not be so extravagantly priced. Further, I believe that the eating of specific rich people would be highly beneficial to the majority of the population here on Earth. Now, I'm not talking about the millionaires in your city, for they typical do more good for the economy (which directly affects every resident) than most major corporations who may have a branch in your city. No, I am talking about the true rich, the global elites who hide their true wealth, the ones with so much money, that they usually are the ones responsible for the issuance of many countries' currency, the ones who gaining more wealth would not benefit them any, and although they still do it, what they really are aiming for, what they desire more than money or anything else, is more and more and more power!!!! They can not be satiated ever with power, they will constantly hunger for more. These are the ones who are responsible for practically all of the woes, and hardships most people experience today, while they use their various means to keep us ignorant of them and their doings, and simultaneously convince us that it is that group "over there" who hold responsibility for our trials and tribulations. They convince us to hate each other, when we should be uniting to destroy the global elites, to end this misery, and create a world where paradise would be more than just a concept, but rather a highly feasible potential. Things are not what they seem, and remember just because someone has more money than you, that is not sufficient evidence that they are your enemy. It is the global elites who are you're enemy, and they successfully divert attention away from themselves and direct toward the millionaires in your communities who are actually beneficial. The global elites hide behind the proverbial curtain and conjure a hate for the wealthy within the populace by convincing us it is those who are wealthy and their greed that harms us commoners. They program us to believe that millionaires have too much money which they don't deserve, never informing us of all the positive contributions they make to our communities. They convince us that they are our enemies, never mentioning the existence of the global elites or how much wealth they possess, let alone all of the atrocities for which they are responsible! Then, they slowly condition us to have the perspective that it is not only the millionaires who are our enemies, but it is anybody that has more money than we do, anyone who drives a fancier vehicle than we do, anybody with a larger home than we have, anybody who has more wealth, even if it is only a hundred dollars of extra spending money each month, those are our enemies. The global elites blind us from reality. Make no mistake about it, it is only the global elites who are our true enemies . . . them, and any of their disgusting minions who follow their orders. Should we ever be able to take out the global elites, their minions will mean nothing, for they have no true power, we should be focusing on the global elites!!!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bNhF92bL5s4.html

standing desk. Works best for the back. Just buy a rubber mat created for standing purposes. some have a massage points features even a ball like shape. It promotes movement. Being stationary is the bad thing.

I feel like there has been a tremendous decline in the quality of all kinds of chairs and a huge increase in price. If you get your hands on a a "cheap" desk chair from the 90s, unless its completely worn down, it will probably be much more comfortable than those today. And also larger and more sturdy. But the core problem seems to be that very cheap, thin foam and padding is used today, while older chairs had thicker, denser foam, or even small springs. A genereously upholstered chair may need some individual adjustment, but is unlikely to cause constant neck / back / knee pain. Today's chairs (and clothes) tend to he undersized, under-upholstered, and overpriced.

"Type shoulder width apart" What kind of keyboard has the F and J a shoulder width apart???

Best guess is maybe mouse placement compared to hand on keyboard. Unless she means a custom keyboard or split keyboard which will be on the higher end of keyboard prices.

Definitely recommend people look up refurbished Steelcases or Herman Millers for thousand dollar chairs at half the price!

@Citizenflaba
@Citizenflaba 3 года назад
The Herman Miller Aeron is just a slightly better than average chair, the least shitty traditional chair but still leaves much to be desired. If you want an endgame chair consider active chairs the hag capisco and the qor 360 ariel both are made so your constantly moving since the designs start out with the premise that our bodies are not designed to sit in place for 8 hours. Rather than traditional chairs that try to hide that fact. Yeah these chairs will not be comfortable in the traditional sense but over time you'll build core muscles and your spine will be able to support itself. Its a sustainable solution that won't ruin your fucking back in other words

Oh yeah also standing desks are trash they are no better than sitting and increase your chance for heartattacks lmfao. Its hilarious this video recommended them
@Katniss0000
@Katniss0000 Год назад
@@Citizenflaba There is also a overwhelming evidence that sedentary desk jobs are terrible for human health. Standing desk is bad are just BS studies made by chair companies. I have read those studies. and it is mostly done to 20 people or some factory workers that not moving at all. The best way is don't stay stationary. If you stand like a statue it is bad. but sitting is more bad for sure. Standing promotes movement. but if you don't move then it is bad also. Humans are created to move not to become a statue. plus you need padding like a Rubber mat if you want to try standing desk. Tldr: Biggest problem is just staying in one position for longer periods of time. and it is easier to that while sitting. standing desks makes you walk sometimes while thinking or watching or listening.
