Tuna Casserole
8 oz of pasta (egg noodles, shells, or your favorite pasta)
2 1/2 cup of cheese or more to your liking.
1 small onion
2 large cloves of garlic minced (jar garlic is not as strong as fresh)
2 small ribs of diced celery or 1 tsp of celery seed or can omit.
Sauce
4 Tbs Butter
4 Tbs Flour
4 Cups of Milk
1 tsp of dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Topping
1 cup of bread crumbs, I used Panko
May use buttered crackers, (ritz, toll house saltines) or Potato chips
