A REALLY BASIC CRASH COURSE INTO MAKING A COCKTAIL ---------------------------------------- AFFILIATE LINK DEATH & CO. BOOK : amzn.to/3jYHP0U #justhaveadrink #cocktail #HOWTOMAKE
fantastic video as always, the time and energy you put into this one is crazy!! i gotta ask, how did you pull off that fire trick?? i keep rewinding and it's blowing my mind 🤯
@@justhaveadrink Do you do ice forms and make your own clear ice? Or something else? Do you have some rules about the size of the ice ... I notice you use really big block styles for some of the cocktails to reduce watering down the drink. Have you ever used something like a double walled glass to help keep the drink cold ?
@@marcfruchtman9473 yes I make my own clear ice it how most people find this page😅. the size of ice used in cocktails are really dependent on personal preference keeping in mind dilution. spirit forward cocktails are normally slipped slower so large solid ice is more ideal. cocktails with juice or soda or lower abv(think about "summer time" cocktails) ideally can use smaller ice because they are drank quicker. also clear larger blocks of ice looks great in videos so thats another reason why I use them😅. double wall glasses work great keeping cold. but personally I prefer drink out of thin glasses. there's some weird science behind drinking out of thin glasses but whatever vessel you enjoy drinking out of is perfect. On I hot summer I decided to make frozen drinks and a metal tumbler was the best cup in that case
