Thank you so much for this tutorial. This was very helpful. I'm not a novice to sewing but rarely do it these days. I spent a long time crocheting a bag as a gift to my mother and I can't imagine seam reaping out of crochet because of a small miscalculation, so this tutorial kept me on track and helped me foresee issues I'd have. Note, I did end up hand sewing at the pull end of the zipper.
This was my first time making a lining for my crochet project.. I have never sewn before and I had to hand sew the lining… it was really difficult but also challenging…thank you for this video it helped me a lot
This is great! I only just came across your YT page! Thank you so much! Your pieces are so beautiful! I made a granny square bag a few years ago and couldn't figure out how to do the lining. This is so helpful, AND because you showed how to join as you go, I may not hate granny Square patterns so much in the future, and you've inspired me with some new, creative ideas! Thank you, Alyssia!
Thank you!! I am glad you found this tutorial helpful :) I love the attach as you go method, I feel like it saves so much time once you get the hang of it!
Thank you! I have a written pattern for the drawstring version of this bag (pretty much the same bag just a drawstring close instead of the zipper). All my pattern shops are linked in the description of this video :) (or Alyssia Creates on Ravelry, Ko-fi, LoveCrafts, Etsy and Ribblr)
