Don't forget to clean out any bullshit in your old handlebars! If it's old moped shit it might be fulla dirt or spiders or whatever. Spiders will cause problems

i literally just rescued a old set of bars i had tossed in the trash this is way to easy vs spending 55$ on a treats one . my only question is any other ideas if we dont have that shim you had made can those shims be bought for a diy intake?

this is how i make vm20 intakes, but i use stock puch exhausts. the bend is perfect for hobbit

just a question but wont you boil the gas in the bottom of the carb by it being so close to the head?

rad! i just watched ur vid on removing the freewheel without tools and successfully replicated the process the other night. been watching alot of gi joe cartoons lately and i couldnt help hear the sgt. slaughter parallels to your character lol. perfect timing with this vid man, im literally days away from doing this, and the visual tutorial is a perfect supplement to help me on my quest (very encouraging). my buddy has a lathe for turning down the od of the pipe to fit the carb, but hes mad busy... got any alternatives? he suggested just using sandpaper and patients depending how off it is. im making one for a stock a35 topend that is going on a e50 bottom end on a free spirit. i really just wanted reeds on an eco build, and im gunna try out one of those cheap laser pipes and pair the intake to either a reverse 14 or 15 bing, 12mm mikuni, or maybe look into a polini cp 15 or 17.5 depending on how the pipe hits and if i wanna do some more radical porting. my buddy said the cp is awesome carb, and that they love reeds. do u mess with tomos? specifically a35? if your looking for vid ideas, id love to see a portmap for a stock topend of yours if youve done some math or just got good results with the various techniques. iv seen some write ups lerking MA, and iv read Graham Bell etc... just digging your vibe

Any tips on doing this if you didn’t have a scrap set of bars, drill, carburetor, angle grinder, garage, black zip up, piece of steel, welder, moped or belt sander?
